Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the SCATA Treasurer ([email protected]). All cancellations prior to six (6) weeks to the first date of the Event will be refunded in full minus 10% for processing/accounting procedures.  Cancellations occurring within two (2) and six (6) weeks prior to the first date of the Event will receive 50% refund, minus 10% for processing/accounting procedures.  No refunds will be given for cancellations within two (2) weeks of the first date of the Event.
